When will my order ship?

• Orders will be processed in 24 hours & shipped within 5-6 days after that.
• Shipping is calculated based on business days only; we do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.

When will I receive my order?

Domestic (including US and Canada)

• Standard Shipping: Typically 8-22 business days

Rest of the World

• Standard Shipping: Typically 15-30 business days

What courier service do you use?

• Packages are shipped via USPS depending on your location.

When will I receive tracking information?

• You will receive an email with tracking information as soon as your order is Shipped.  However, it may take a few days to appear in the USPS tracking system. You may check the status of your order at any time by clicking on the tracking link included in the email.

Can I change my address after an order is placed?
